Light yellow colour. It has a powerful but fine mousse in the glass, while the nose is well defined with attractive notes of white peach and honeysuckle. The palate is tight and lemon-fresh with fresh green apple and an apricot-tinged finish. Foamy wine with allure and lots of flavour! AWARDS: Glass of Bubbly Gold medal - Sakura Silver medal 2021
